We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping of all products from MiniTruckin.net is done through UPS. The fees associated with all shipments are calculated based on weight and size of shipment using UPS' software and added to your total. MiniTruckin.net is not held liable for any discrepancies between the amount charged for shipping and the actual shipping cost of your products. MiniTruckin.net also claims no responsibility for damage to items during shipping or return shipping.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. MiniTruckin.net does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
All shipments will be made using the United Parcel Service mail service.
Return Policy
MiniTruckin.net will refuse all returned parcels unless an RMA number is obtained by the returnee and displayed prominently on the outside of the package. The returnee is responsible for all return shipping fees upon MiniTruckin.net\’s receipt of the returned items.
