Product Revisions
MiniTruckin.net is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, MiniTruckin.net puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. MiniTruckin.net relies on the manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do so. Consequently, MiniTruckin.net will not be held responsible for product revision changes.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Herein are all policies and regulations regarding the shipping, handling, delivery, or return of any and all products sold via MiniTruckin.net. By purchasing through MiniTruckin.net you hereby agree to all of these terms of service and are held accountable for failure to comply with any of our policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping of all products from MiniTruckin.net is done through UPS. The fees associated with all shipments are calculated based on weight and size of shipment using UPS' software and added to your total. MiniTruckin.net is not held liable for any discrepancies between the amount charged for shipping and the actual shipping cost of your products. MiniTruckin.net also claims no responsibility for damage to items during shipping or return shipping.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. MiniTruckin.net does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
All shipments will be made using the United Parcel Service mail service.
Return Policy
MiniTruckin.net will refuse all returned parcels unless an RMA number is obtained by the returnee and displayed prominently on the outside of the package. The returnee is responsible for all return shipping fees upon MiniTruckin.net’s receipt of the returned items.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise discrepancies unless otherwise indicated must be made known to MinTruckin.net within 7 days from the invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any authorized returns and additional deductions may be made for returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds/returns. Most products are shipped with a refund/replacement guarantee period unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Customers must inform MiniTruckin.net of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances MiniTruckin.net’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. MiniTruckin.net shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. MiniTruckin.net shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not MiniTruckin.com has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.
